We make all our products from fresh, locally harvested, sustainable seaweed from natural Ascophyllum nodosum seaweed beds in the pristine waters off the coast of Maine. We have been wild harvesting the same areas for over 50 years, and as the nation’s largest processor we take great care to protect this natural resource. Our kelp meals are renewable, minimally processed single-ingredient sources of vitamins and minerals for people, animals, and plants. We use a gentle drying process that doesn’t just preserve nutrients, but also preserves the color and mild savory flavor of the seaweed for a palatable nutritious supplement. Our kelp meals can be used as ingredients in human and animal food preparation, dietary supplement formulations, and to enrich plant foods, natural fertilizers, and compost blends. Seaweed Extracts and Fertilizers

Our products are especially effective at managing plant stress, which is becoming an increasingly important and cost-effective way to maximize productivity and crop yield in both traditional and organic agricultural practices. Our seaweed extracts and fertilizers add value to both conventional and organic agricultural and horticultural products, and are available as both liquid seaweed products and soluble seaweed powders.

Liquid Seaweed Products
Formulated with ease of use in mind, our liquid seaweed products are concentrated and ready-to-blend. As close to a 100% seaweed extract you can get. We don’t add any additional chemicals, fillers, or additives aside from acids and preservatives (0-4-4 only) to stabilize. We prefer working with what nature gave us; pure, unadulterated Ascophyllum nodosum. Both are suitable for foliar, soil, and fertigation applications.
Liquid seaweed products are available in 2.5 gallon jugs, 55 gallon drums, and 275 gallon bulk totes.
Soluble Seaweed Powders
Dehydrated versions of our liquid seaweed products, our soluble seaweed powders provide the same effective nutrients and biologically-active compounds in a compact, highly stable form. Soluble seaweed powders should be dissolved before mixing. Both are suitable for foliar, soil, and fertigation applications.
